A coplue of other festivals were forwarded to me by Bobby Kelleher (thanks Bobby!):Magnolia Fest in October and Springfest in March, both are held at Suwannee River Music Park in Live Oak,Fl. 4 days of music and camping in a beautiful park, something like 60 bands, playing a lot of olde tyme music,bluegrass, a lot of good music. The music is from 10 am &#8211; 1 am, then up in the campground, a lot of people bring string instruments and pick all night long!! What I can&#8217;t utnnrseadd is how politicians and activists talk about retaining youth by building community centers etc. Youth are retained by creating good and unique financial opportunities ( i.e. jobs, business environment, entrepreneurialism etc)Without those elements, attempts to retain youth are counterproductive and actually harm youth.
